Senior Executive/Executive – Sales & Business Development
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for sales and business development in the building and interior products industry? Delmege, a leading name in providing innovative solutions, is seeking an Executive – Sales & Business Development to drive growth by promoting our product lines to key stakeholders in the local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to promote and specify Delmege’s building and interior products for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Engage with international architects, developers, and contractors to promote Delmege’s products in international markets, including the Maldives.
• Achieve set sales targets and ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain and regularly update the project tracker, presenting key insights and updates to management.
• Stay informed of competitor activities and new product trends, collaborating with management to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Organize customer events at the Delmege showroom to foster client engagement and brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular product presentations to leading architect firms, showcasing the value and versatility of Delmege’s product ranges.
Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the building and interior product industry.
• A degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently to meet ambitious goals.
• Strong communication skills, fluency English is essential.
