The Position
Job role: Business Development Associate
Work environment: Remote
Job type: Full time (40-45 hours per week)
Work hours: Flexible
Compensation: 50,000LKR + Sales commissions
Responsibilities
– Identifying potential clients through market research and other means.
– Reaching out to potential clients with compelling proposals and client pitches.
– Communicating and negotiating with prospective clients via written communication & online meetings
– Developing new strategies for lead generation
– Developing concepts for optimizing the marketing strategies of the company
Ideal Candidate
– Must have excellent command in written and spoken English.
– Currently following or have completed a degree course or similar level of education in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
– Must have strong research skills and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
– Must be familiar with CRM software, sales/marketing tools, and relevant technology.
– Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Should be able to learn new skills and technologies, including AI tools.
– Must own a PC/laptop/tab with a reliable internet connection.
