Head of Finance & IT

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead and oversee our finance department. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This key leadership role will involve collaborating with senior management to shape the company’s financial vision and growth.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of financial statements, maintenance of records, and effective financial reporting within stipulated time frames.
• Lead periodic and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis on variances.
• Initiating strategic planning data gathering and finalizing the required templates.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: auditors, bankers, regulatory authorities.
• Support IFS system development in Elastomeric Group.
• Ensure the timely preparation of taxes, maintain records, and address regulatory matters.
• Lead the IT operations of the Elastomeric Group.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university.
• Qualified in CASL, CMA, ACCA, CIMA.
• High-level proficiency in using the IFS ERP system, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
• A strong understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations.
• Experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals and promoting a high-performance culture.
