This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and human resources functions, contributing significantly to the success and efficiency of our organization.
• *Position:** Admin & HR Manager
• *Location:** Rajagiriya
• *Employment Type:** Full-time
• *Responsibilities:**
– Oversee and manage all administrative functions including office management, facilities, and supplies procurement.
– Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
– Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
– Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations matters effectively.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
– Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and attendance records.
– Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies.
• *Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in administrative management and human resources roles.
– Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
