We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our retail stores and online presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing retail operations effectively.
• *Responsibilities:**

1. Manage day-to-day operations of both retail stores and online platform.

2. Ensure efficient functioning of all retail processes, including inventory management, sales transactions, and customer service.

3. Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and meet revenue targets.

5. Maintain a high standard of customer service, handling any escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

6. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency for senior management.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• *Requirements:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).

2. Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and senior management.

5. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.

6. Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

8. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
