We are currently looking to recruit highly motivatedand result-oriented candidates for the following positions.
Travel Designer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To effectively manage clients and partners’ enquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers and hotels through phone calls and emails and provide required information to client and hotels.
• Build rapport with customers and hotels by listening actively, question appropriately, and by providing updates and feedback.
• Manage and prioritize tasks and maintain assignments simultaneously.
• Organize information and data.
• Work effectively with your team and contribute to accomplishing assignments.
• Identify and solve issues that might arise.
• Hotel contract loading on client systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Ability to make decisions and to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Negotiating skills
• Ability to anticipate and resolve any problems that might arise.
• A team-oriented mentality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Information Technology
