Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Colombo. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for creating custom travel itineraries, booking reservations, providing excellent customer service, and leading guided tours. Additionally, the Tour Consultant will be responsible for communication with clients, managing client relationships, and conducting market research to identify travel trends and develop new travel packages.
Qualifications
• Experience leading guided tours and providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in travel consulting and travel & tourism industry
• Ability to create custom travel itineraries and book reservations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or related field
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus
