Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement advanced social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Monitor and engage with the audience, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative tools.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
• Oversee crisis management and resolve potential issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
• Expertise in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of paid advertising and SEO is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines.
