We are an eCommerce business based in Colombo 12,.Our goal is to create an engaging online presence and expand our reach through innovative and effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage and create content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Design and publish engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.).
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
