Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Negombo. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining social media platforms, creating engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and analyzing campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and driving brand awareness through social media channels.
Qualifications
• Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics
• Experience using social media management tools
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the education or travel industry is a plus
