The Job:
Analysing, Design and deployment of virtualized server infrastructure solutions using VMWare, Citrix XEN and Hyper-V across production and DR sites
· Manage and administration of the virtualization infrastructure including version upgrade, patch update and vulnerability fixing to ensure virtualized infrastructure is up-to-date and secure
· Manage and administration of the installation, configuration, upgrade, and support of all hosted virtual machines
· Server Capacity Planning, Requirement Gathering, System Commissioning and Decommissioning, Vendor management and escalation, Root cause analyses with timely resolution, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
· Analyzing, Design and deployment of the Citrix Workloads based on Bank’s
· business and infrastructure requirements & Installation, configure and administration of Citrix Netscaler Gateway services
· Manage and Configure all virtual/ physical and file server backups and assist in backup restoration requirements
· Responsible for the management and administration of infrastructure and related network availability
· Extend the required support and manage the planning and execution of BCP activities to meet Bank’s overall business continuity and disaster recovery plans
· Ensure compliance with corporate / security policies and governmental regulations, and manage interaction with internal and external auditors, as needed
· Manages the distribution and updates of mobile applications across devices. Implements and enforces policies regarding application usage and restrictions to enhance security and streamline productivity
· Infrastructure related Oracle/ MS SQL and MySQL DB server administration
· Provides training to users on best practices for mobile device security. Offers ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues related to mobile devices, ensuring that employees are well-informed and can use devices securely
· Ensure maintenance of the system and related network infrastructure in line with ISO 27001 ISMS and ISO 22301 BCMS guidelines
The Person:
· Possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualification related to IT
· Possess 5 years’ experience in Server infrastructure related administration working in a mid-sized organization
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent problem solving & Analysis skills
· Possess time management skills
