As the new Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Services, your primary responsibility is to is to plan, build and nurture strong partnerships with leading accounts across both public and commercial sectors. Your role includes assessing opportunities, pinpointing avenues for revenue growth, to benefit both the client and Crayon.

Your Responsibilities will also include:
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization including C-Suite level and vertical heads/leads
• Develop and implement account plans and unique strategies for tactical customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that address client needs and requirements
• Create and execute strategies on acquisition, development, and retention of new and existing customers in the dedicated segment
• Ensure an up-to-date CRM at any given time while building, managing, and maintaining a healthy pipeline

Your Competencies:
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry
• Proven experience in new client acquisition
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Experience with Public Sector RFP, tendering, and procurement processes
• Experience selling Software & Cloud licensing/services and Managed Services to public and commercial sector

• Self-driven, oriented to results that enjoys collaborating with our customers to help them optimize their software and investments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently, with an aptitude to effectively prioritize with multiple ongoing projects
• A highly motivated person who engages well with internal and external stakeholders and is focused on providing excellent customer service
