SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Duties
• Manage the Unisyst Engineering Post Contract Division while ensuring all operations are operating smoothly.
• Undertake cost analysis for Construction Projects and ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Obtain the work progress measurements/draft IPA via project QS and prepare the payment applications timely and handle the post-contract work.
• Arranging work progress measurements by regular visits to sites, prepare the payment applications timely and handle the post contract work
• Liaise with parties such as Department Managers, Project managers and site engineers to certify the progress to be on track.
• Ensure all activities of the department are carried out with due consideration to safety by regular monitoring of work practices, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in order to comply with the Company’s EHS policy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or NCT / IQSSL Qualification.
• Should have Min 10 years’ experience in the industry which is preferably Aluminum.
• Familiarity with ICTAD conditions of contract.
• Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel.
