Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager – Management Accounting at one of the leading company in Colombo ,The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial management and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. They will provide strategic financial guidance and support to the organization.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Expertise in financial reporting and financial statement analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using financial management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the training and development industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
