Ledgerwall,(Private) Limited, a leading provider of innovative financial solutions, seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Finance to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and improving financial performance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Ledgerwall’s growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee Accounts Receivable/Payable: Direct and manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Supporting Financial Reporting: Supporting the preparation and presentation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to relevant statutory requirements. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify areas for improvement and enhance decision-making. Provide insightful recommendations and actionable strategies to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all applicable financial laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risk and ensuring the integrity of financial operations. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Foster Team Collaboration: Assist in developing a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Promote continuous improvement, professional development, and adherence to ethical standards within the team.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Maintain an active awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in financial management. Proactively identify and recommend strategies to enhance the company’s financial performance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field.

• Completed/ Following pursuit of accreditation from a recognized professional accounting body.

• Previous experience of more than 4 years in a supervisory role related to Accounts/Finance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Sinhala) are essential for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
