Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources position. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR management and operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. The role is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Qualifications
• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in employee relations and HR policies
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional HR certification.
