• FINAP Worldwide is headquartered in Bahrain with a development center in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are a dynamic software company providing cutting-edge financial and software solutions to clients around the globe. We are currently looking for a talented individual for the following position to become a leader of the FINAP team.

Summary
• The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the management on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The candidate needs to have an excellent command of English and should be available to join with 1 months notice or earlier.

Responsibilities
• Identifying staffing and recruitment needs.
• Developing and executing the best practices for hiring the most suitable candidates to ensure a cultural fit.
• Liaising with statutory bodies of Sri Lanka such as the Labor Department of Sri Lanka in registering FINAP staff members and ensuring all statutory payments are made on time.
• Administer or oversee the administration of human resource avenues including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance, talent management, training and development, employee productivity, employee recognition, occupational health and safety.
• Organizing events and activities to drive employee engagement.
• Developing an ‘intrapreneurial’ culture, through which employees take ownership and demonstrate passion.
• Maintaining inter-departmental cohesiveness by driving collaboration among the Team Leads.
• Creating timely reports for the Management and Board of Directors.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a minimum of 4 years of total experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
