Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a proven track record of at least 5 years in HR management or similar executive roles.
• Having experience in Training & Development, Performance Management would be an added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and protocols is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial prowess, coupled with the capacity to motivate and energize teams, is indispensable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are imperative, enabling the establishment of rapport across all organizational tiers.
• Proficiency in managing confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism is paramount.
• Strong analytical acumen and adept problem-solving skills are fundamental to success in this role.
