We’re looking for a dedicated and well experienced HR professional to join our organization to undertake the following tasks,

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Selection:
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and facilitate effective communication.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

3. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.

4. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as necessary.

5. HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

6. Culture and Engagement:
• Champion the company culture and values, driving initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
• Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

7. Training and Development
• Facilitate and oversee the implementation of training and development programs within the organization to enhance employee skills and competencies in alignment with strategic objectives

8. Overseeing maintenance & administration related work areas as and when required.

Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and understanding of legal regulations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
