Senior Accountant

Job description
We are a unit trust management and investment management company, seeking dynamic, highly competent young individuals with a passion for performance.

Responsibilities:
• Overall accounting function and financial reporting for unit trusts and Company
• Company’s cash flow management
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Calculation of net asset values and analysis of performance of funds under management
• Ensuring accuracy of daily unit trust transactions
• Liaising with banks, external auditors, tax advisors, regulatory authorities

The ideal candidate should possess;
• Full/final level accounting qualifications from ICASL, CIMA or ACCA
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in preparation of final accounts, financial analysis/accounting field
• Sound knowledge in accountancy standards and preferably in taxation
• Proficiency in computer-based packages, advanced excel skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and the drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
