Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at Mediccon Health-Care (pvt) Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, presenting and demonstrating the company’s products and solutions to potential customers, negotiating and closing sales deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role is located in Colombo, Down south, sabaragamuwa, Eastern province and offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as required
Preferred qualifications:
• Preferable in Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Understanding of medical products and terminology
• Knowledge of the local market and competition
• Experience with remote sales and virtual meetings
