Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist – Bancassurance. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to bancassurance sales, including identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential customers. This role requires meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and promoting AIA Sri Lanka’s insurance products and services.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
