Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate / Insurance Advisor / Executive at Softlogic Life located in Nugegoda. The Sales Associate / Insurance Advisor / Executive will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and offering insurance brokerage services. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and providing expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
• Experience in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
