Our marketing and sales team is seeking a talented individual to join our busy and growing team. We are looking for a clever and motivated individual with a passion for client relationship management, customer success, and sales. This role involves identifying and nurturing sales leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. The right candidate will play a key role in contributing to the award-winning approach to sales and legal services at our growing boutique commercial law firm, based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, with remote staff in other areas throughout Australia, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.

The Role

The Sales and Client Success Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our firm’s revenue growth and client base expansion efforts. This role is primarily focused on sales, with responsibilities including managing and nurturing prospect relationships, supporting the development and execution of sales strategies, and ensuring that clients receive maximum value from our legal services. You will also assist in client onboarding and relationship management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our firm’s growth while working remotely.
• Sales, Prospect Management, and Client Onboarding:
• Manage prospects, book sales calls, and handle communication within the sales pipeline.
• Transition prospects to sales, provide quotes, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process to ensure clear expectations are set for new clients.
• Pipeline Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and address their needs.
• Implement retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and minimize churn.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the legal team to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in sales, client success, or account management in a fast-paced environment; experience in a legal or professional services setting and professional certifications are added advantages.
• Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a strong commitment to customer service and ensuring client success.
• Sales Acumen and Prospect Management: Demonstrated expertise in prospect relationship management, including identifying sales opportunities and implementing upselling strategies to boost client satisfaction and retention.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proficient in gathering and analyzing client feedback, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, adept at preparing regular reports on client success metrics to drive continuous improvement through shared insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other technology tools to manage client relationships and track performance metrics.
• Team Collaboration and Adaptability: Possesses collaboration skills for seamless internal team coordination, effective in remote team environments, and adaptable to evolving client needs and business environments.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. We are an Australian legal firm looking for you to work full-time during Australian business hours (8.30 am to 5.30 pm AEDT) in a virtual capacity (working from home). You will require a very strong Internet connection and be able to use your own laptop/computer.
