About us…

At Aspect Legal, we are on a mission. Aspect Legal is an unconventional law firm that’s out to transform how people view lawyers. We’re driven to provide accessible and efficient legal services to SMEs in Australia and beyond. We know the things people hate about lawyers (and we really hate those, too!) so we vowed to do better… a LOT better.

At Aspect Legal, we are driven by our 3 primary core values that infuse everything that we do:
• Care (for our clients, our team and our broader community)
• Excellence
• Innovation

We break the mould by giving legal advice in layman terms that our clients can understand and appreciate. We’re not afraid of embracing technology and marketing: in fact, we’re proud to be pioneers in the legal podcast world, having two top-rating legal podcasts — Talking Law (which provides smart legal tips for business) and The Deal Room (which is focussed on SME M&A). We have released a best-selling business book. And we are now recognised as the top boutique legal firm in Australasia.

Lastly, we take great pleasure in contributing to various giving & charitable campaigns (e.g., B1G1, 1% Pledge, 100 Deals) that support less privileged communities in Malawi, Indonesia, and other places around the world.

Why join us

We provide a unique environment that offers freedom from the traditional legal firm “slog”. We pride ourselves on providing autonomy to our team and room for everyone to grow. This is also a creative team led by a mentoring manager, so you can be assured you’ll be supported to learn as you grow. We aim to be high achieving, however, we’re equally passionate about ensuring we make time to laugh together too.

We go out of our way to provide a unique, flexible workplace and long-term stable employment in a highly motivating, fast-growing environment.
