Designation: Sales Coordinator

Position Purpose

The purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to efficiently support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. The goal is to ensure the sales team’s activities operate smoothly and help maximize their performance and the development of long-lasting business.


To facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

• Drive towards achieving sales targets by providing robust support to sales representatives, orchestrating sales activities, and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Proactively identify the future needs of customers and deliver timely and professional technical support whenever required.
• Prepare comprehensive customer feedback reports to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Enter relevant data into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth workflow and effective management of sales-related information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• Ace the monthly sales growth targets by streamlining strategies and interrogating market trends.
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.

• Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Prior experience/ knowledge in flexible printing & packaging industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• School leavers are also considered.
• Proximity to Rathmalana is preferred
