In the UK, we set up and manage household bills, bunching them into one easy monthly automatic payment. As part of our expansion strategy, we have recently established a new office in Sri Lanka to provide support for our UK operations.

The Role:

As a Retention Support Executive at Bunch, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include:
• Respond to customer cancellation inquiries via email: Understand customer concerns and provide detailed, empathetic responses.
• Schedule follow-up calls with Retention Specialists: Coordinate calls to explore potential solutions to retain customers.
• Collaborate with the retention team on email strategies: Work together to develop effective communication strategies.
• Assist in developing retention campaigns: Support the creation and implementation of initiatives to reduce cancellations.
• Provide feedback to refine services and approach: Share insights to improve overall customer retention efforts.

Prerequisites:
• The candidate should either be a graduate or an undergraduate with pending results from any discipline.
• Has exceptional email communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Can empathise with customers and craft responses tailored to their specific concerns.
• Thrives in a role where they can support both customers and team goals, using their skills to influence positive outcomes.
• Is proactive with a passion for customer service and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Enjoys working in a team environment, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a culture of success and mutual respect.
• Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
