Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years experience managing construction projects
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in construction methods and safety regulations
Bonus points:
• PMP certification
• BIM software experience
• Experience with similar project types
