Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Specialist at Olanka Travels located in Kalubovila. The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to analyzing organizational effectiveness, implementing performance management strategies, and fostering communication and organizational development within the company.

Qualifications
• Deeper understanding of “Delegation” & how to train people to “Delegate” & “Supervise”
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity role
• Analytical Skills, Organizational Effectiveness, and Organizational Development
• Performance Management and Communication skills
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
