• Assist in coordinating functions within the travels department (Reservations/Travels/ Transport).
• Maintaining and managing all databases related to the department.
• Maintaining updated schedules and reports as per the deadlines stipulated.
• Maintain healthy work relationship with all team members, agencies, corporate clients, etc.
• Handling departmental correspondence.

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 02 year’s previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• High proficiency in spoken and written communication in English.
• Experience in the tourism industry is preferred.
• Smart and pleasing personality with a people-oriented approach and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
