Job Description
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models using Falcon LLM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Optimize model performance and efficiency for specific use cases.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to open-source AI projects and community engagement.
Person Specification
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI development, with a focus on large language models.
• Expertise in Falcon LLM and familiarity with other open-source AI frameworks such as LLaMA 2.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
