Edurich International Campus (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Officer – IT & Support Services. This role plays a critical part in providing technical support and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations for both the institute and our students.

The Officer – IT & Support Services will be responsible for resolving IT and technical issues encountered by the institute and students. Additionally, they will manage the website and Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to address IT-related issues encountered by the institute staff and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Manage and maintain the institute’s website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality and security.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course content management, and technical support for students and faculty.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
• Provide training and support to staff and students on IT tools and systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in IT support and website management is preferred.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and content management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
