Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator at Wonder Bridge IT Solutions(Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with general office operations. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
