We are seeking a pleasant, active, and multitasking individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Account Assistant. This role is designed for a young personality eager to contribute to operational work, provide accounts assistance, and engage in some client visits. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a significant advantage.

• Operational Support:
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks (preferred).
