• Mid Level experience in related field
• Proven experience in medical data entry or related administrative role
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Driving Healthcare Precision: Your Key Duties
• Accurately enter patient demographic information and medical history into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and medical records for upcoming appointments and procedures.
• Review and verify the accuracy of all entered data to ensure completeness and adherence to established protocols.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to obtain necessary patient information and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient data.
• Assist in the retrieval and filing of medical records as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries from patients healthcare providers and other stakeholders regarding medical records and data entry.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and data entry practices.
