DESIGNATION : Marketing Officer / Account Manager

SALARY : Basic Rs 100K + Monthly Incentives

LOCATION : Colombo, Sri Lanka

OVERVIEW:

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Officer or Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote their products and services effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, strong communication skills, and a creative approach to marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the telecommunications, media solutions, IT, or related industries.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers tailored to the target audience.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also seeking out new business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and making recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and telecommunications.

PRE – REQUISITES:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 01 – 02 years proven experience in marketing, account management, or business development within the telecommunications, media solutions, IT, or similar industry
