Key Responsibilitie

Social Media Management:

Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop, implement, and manage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Track and report on the performance and success of social media campaigns.

Marketing Materials Production:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify their potential needs.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Strong ability to handle the Meta Suite and run campaigns effectively.

Professional qualifications in Marketing or equivalent experience.

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
