Manager Operations (Accounting & Taxation)

We are looking to hire a “Manager Operations (Accounting & Taxation)” for one of our clients.

Qualifications:
• Preferably a Graduate in Finance / Management, or fully / partly qualified in CASL/CIMA/ACCA
• 4-5 Years hands on experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent Knowledge in Accounting Functions and Computer Literacy
• Good command in English, communication skills and good personality
• Should posses people management skill
• Previous experience in BPO company will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
• Participating in networking sessions representing the company
• Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development
• Conduct promotions to attract new customers and attend to customer inquiries
• Establish operations objectives and work plans
• Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques
• Draft proposal of services and budget according to the requirements of the client
• Handle client portfolios through excellent customer service and determining the needs of the client
• Handling all correspondence with clients
• Resolves or escalates any upcoming issues
• Manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance
• Delegate assignments to subordinates and ensure they are completed on due deadlines
• Conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct within the team, especially when dealing with clients
• Oversee the operations, and ensure that all the needs of the client are met
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors
• Support the Senior Management to highlight operational risks and assisting the implementation of strategic decisions
• Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for the company
