Responsibilities:
• Identify Key/Enterprise sales and business opportunities to acquire new accounts and grow existing relationships building a sustainable client portfolio in the market
• Chart out the strategic vision and execution path for enterprise business development for Aramex
• Manage and grow existing businesses within the market to constantly generate revenue
• Constantly arrange face-to-face meetings with customers to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions
• Work closely with the center of excellence to deliver the best solutions based on the customer’s portfolio and their needs
• Execute on previously signed contracts to introduce new products and services to customers and expand business within customer accounts
• Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized service.
• Increase cross selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain profitability for all products.
• Ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Assist the collection team to resolve customer overdue collection.
Qualifications
• Possess minimum 6 years of experience in the similar job role.
• Exposure to logistics industry will be a definite advantage.
• Should have good contacts and ability to achieve set targets.
• Pleasing personally and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Possess degree, diploma, CIM, SLIM or equivalent qualification
