# 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
The Job;

【~】✪ Detail Gathering from the project team. Maintaining buffer stocks of both Material and Tools, Checking and keep records MRN/GRN/TIN/Handover notes and other relevant documentations. Raising MRN (Material Request Notes)/GRN (Good receive notes)/Material Return Note/TIN (Temporary Issue Notes)/PR and Handover notes.
【~】✪ Inventory updating on time (ERP SYSTEM and Manual Trackers) Checked and update Month end sign off, Physical stock verification on last two days of every month-MWH and Sub WH. Keeping all the storing goods in safe & proper manner with identification.
【~】✪ Checking Quality of materials and coordinate with Procurement and Project with sample acceptance. Minimize the stock variation, Minimize the cost, effective stock handling, Documentation and system accuracy, effective coordination, Submit the all requested reports timely and precisely and follow the all ISO standers.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Personal and Skills Profile;

【~】✪ Degree or Diploma in HNDE/HND/NDES/NVQ Level 4&5 or equal qualification in Warehouse/inventory/Material management/Logistic supply chain management or Telecommunication and Electronics Electrical /Civil from a recognized Institution & Knowledge of Telecom Implementations.
【~】✪ Minimum 03 years work experience in telecommunication or other industry with Warehouse functioning and professional engineering qualification.
【~】✪ Strong communication, interpersonal skills (team work, commitments) and able to work under emergency and critical situations. Good working knowledge of ERP systems BIN card system and MS Excel working sheet and tracker update.
【~】✪ Valid driving license to drive light vehicle and motor bicycle is an added advantage.
