Looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who intends to pursue a career in as a Legal Executive.

The Role
• Ensure 100% availability of assigned category items, adhering to established processes and achieving Key Performance Targets (KPTs).
• Convert and manage purchase orders by category for Direct Store Deliveries (DSD-Centralized) and Central Purchasing Unit.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely acknowledgment and delivery of goods, meeting business requirements.
• Oversee supplier relationship management, including addressing payments and delivery issues.
• Manage price revisions, Gross Profit (GP) corrections, report preparation, and system-based pick generation.
• Follow up on supplier returns and manage special allocations and Special Purchase Orders (DSD).
• Reactivate or cancel product codes as needed and analyze non-moving/slow-moving inventory to optimize stock levels.

The Requirement
• A relevant Degree or a professional qualification from a recognized University.
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective supplier management.
• Proficiency in inventory management and purchasing systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
• Ability to analyze and optimize inventory performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve payment and delivery challenges.
• A proactive approach to managing special allocations and purchase orders.
