Vacancy for up to 2 experienced, mid-level, Sri Lankan lawyers (2-7 years PQE), within the Corporate & Commercial Law department at Sudath Perera Associates. Preference would be given to applicants with experience in FDI, M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, data privacy or regulatory & compliance legal advisory work.
