Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Legal Officer located in Colombo. The Junior Legal Officer will have day-to-day tasks related to business law, legal consulting, legal document preparation, contract law, and other legal responsibilities. They will assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Business Law, Contract Law, and Law
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to review and analyze complex legal documents
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Law or relevant field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
