Competencies
• Degree or equivalent qualification in information technology
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
• Experience in working ERP, and CRM will be an added advantage
• Fair knowledge and understanding of business processes
• Sound communication and negotiation skills
• Possess analytical skills and the ability to follow a structured approach to solve problems
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical mindset with experience in Crystal report, Excel, BI tools.
• Hands-on experience in. My SQL, PL/SQL, C#, and Web API will be an added advantage
Scope & Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintenance & support of SFA solutions
• Work with the vendor through the solution development lifecycle
• Facilitate user training and familiarity
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement of SFA solutions
• Support the IT team in new project implementations and process improvements
• Ensure ongoing contact with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams through training interventions and meetings on feedback and sharing insights
• Potential candidates should be Enthusiasm to adapt to new technologies and research requirements
