We’re hiring Junior Executive -Talent Acquisition.

Job Description:

The Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talents in the education sector. You will play a pivotal role in our organization’s growth and success by ensuring that we have the right individuals in place to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Employer Branding: Support the development and promotion of Royal Institute International Schools as an employer of choice.

Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in the education sector.

Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
