The primary objective of the IT Support Executive is to provide technical assistance and support to internal users across the globe, ensuring efficient resolution of software, hardware, and network issues while maintaining adherence to company policies regarding IT security and data protection.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive technical support to internal users globally, addressing software, hardware, and network concerns with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough diagnosis and resolution of software, hardware, and network issues to minimize downtime and optimize operational continuity.
• Execute installation configuration, and troubleshooting procedures for computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices to maintain optimal functionality.
• Configure computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices according to organizational requirements and user preferences, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
• Conduct routine audits and maintenance tasks, encompassing software updates and patch deployments, to uphold system integrity and security.
• Manage inventory records of IT equipment, software licenses, and warranties to ensure accurate tracking and facilitate efficient resource allocation.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures governing IT security and data protection to safeguard organizational assets and mitigate risks.
• Execute cloud computing technologies and services, managing cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including setting up and configuring cloud resources, monitoring performance, and ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications
• Proven 2 years’ experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Experience in working with SAP, ERP software will be added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with IT service management tools. (ServiceDesk and Zendesk) is preferred
