Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Sino Lanka Power Gen Private Limited located in Colombo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, provide guidance and support to employees, and ensure the company’s HR practices align with legal requirements.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred)
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM-HR, HRMI
