Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Poly Creations Private Limited, located in Gampaha, Sri Lanka. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources activities. This includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficient in performance management and policy development
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR certification is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
