Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Leader Group located in Horana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. They will also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and support employee development and training initiatives.
Qualifications
• Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management (KPI’s) and employee relations
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (CQHRM) is a plus
