Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at SARASAVI EXPORTS (Pvt) LTD Homagama. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. You will be working closely with the HR team and gaining practical experience in various HR functions.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and personnel management
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred
