Position: Human Resources Intern
Eligibility: Undergraduate and Postgraduate students or recent graduates.
Hours: Part-time, for five to six hours a day.

Responsibilities:
As an HR intern, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks related to HR and Admin team management, HR policies, and personnel management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest HR best practices. This opportunity is exclusively available for Sri Lankan citizens.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or possessing a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a related discipline.
• Ability to work in Sri Lanka.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to research HR data.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
